ArrowLift™ Vertical Conveyor

Arrowhead Conveyor introduces ArrowLift™ - a continuous motion vertical conveyor. The ArrowLift™ design is compact, simple and reliable - allowing companies to maximize their production efficiency without sacrifices. Rugged Construction - ArrowLift™ features a robust formed steel channel construction to ensure stability of the structure and long operating life of components. Heavy-duty roller chain is combined with unique zero-backflex attachments to eliminate platform sag.

Flexible Throughput - ArrowLift™ is designed to handle production rates up to 30 products per minute. Standard inverter duty motors allow ArrowLift™ to be synchronized with adjacent conveyors and equipment to adapt to changing production conditions and provide maximum throughput.

Compact Design - ArrowLift™ is compact, efficient and flexible. It can easily be incorporated into new production lines or retrofit on existing lines. The frame structure includes integral guarding to save space on the production floor. Low Operating Costs - ArrowLift™ requires little or no changeover between products helping keep production lines operating at high up-time. The continuous motion operation reduces the wear and tear maintenance friendly, with few moving parts and commercially available components.Modular System - ArrowLift™ is available in multiple configurations to accommodate a wide range of products and sizes. The modular design of ArrowLift™ allows Arrowhead to create custom configurations to handle unique production requirements or space constraints.
